Mega Craft Weekend Comes to Woorree Hall!
Looking for a fun, creative and inspiring way to spend your weekend? Join us for our Mega Craft Weekend on Saturday 4th and Sunday 5th July at Woorree Hall. Whether you’re a child discovering the joy of crafting, a teen wanting to explore mixed media, or an adult looking for a relaxing creative escape, there’s something for everyone!
Over two exciting days we’ll be offering a variety of hands-on classes, with all materials supplied and plenty of opportunities to learn new skills, make new friends and create beautiful projects to take home.
Saturday 4th July
???? Kids Cardmaking Class
Time: 9.00am – 10.30am
Cost: $25 per child
Perfect for primary school-aged children, this fun-filled class will introduce young crafters to the wonderful world of cardmaking. Children will create beautiful handmade cards to share with family and friends.
Includes:
- Everything needed to make 5 cards in class
- Materials to create another 5 cards at home
- Step-by-step guidance
- Lots of fun and creativity!
???? Evening Cardmaking Class
Time: 4.30pm – 8.00pm
Cost: $45 per person
Take some time out for yourself and enjoy a relaxing evening of creativity. This class is suitable for all skill levels, from complete beginners to experienced cardmakers.
We’ll explore a variety of cardmaking techniques while creating a beautiful collection of handmade cards.
Includes:
- Full kit to create 10 cards
- All materials supplied
- Dinner included
- A fun, friendly and relaxing atmosphere
???? Evening Mixed Media Class
Time: 5.00pm – 8.00pm
Cost: $48 per person
For those who love getting messy and creative, our Mixed Media Class is the perfect opportunity to experiment with colour, texture and layers.
We’ll be working with:
- Texture paste
- Paints
- Sprays
- Stencils
- Collage techniques
- Mark making and more
Create your own unique mixed media masterpiece while enjoying a relaxed evening with fellow creatives.

- No experience necessary
Sunday 5th July
????️ Canvas Class for Primary School-Aged Kids
Time: 9.00am – 10.30am
Cost: $30 per child
Young artists will create their own adorable mixed media canvas artwork to treasure. This class is designed especially for primary-aged children and encourages creativity, imagination and self-expression.
Includes:
- All materials supplied
- Guided instruction
- A completed canvas to take home

✨ Mixed Media Canvas Class for Teens (12+)
Time: 11.00am – 1.00pm
Cost: $40 per person
Designed specifically for teenagers, this class explores colour, texture, layering and creative expression through mixed media art.
Participants will:
- Learn new mixed media techniques
- Experiment with different products and textures
- Create their own unique artwork
- Enjoy a fun and relaxed creative environment
